Packages usually take from 15 to 21 business days (18 to 25 days) to deliver (it could vary depending on the destiny Country/City, and the postal service efficiency to ship order to its destiny, specially during COVID19 restrictions). Once the order is shipped, we do not have any control over the extra shipping time it could take the order to arrive because of special schedules on the postal services or customs from Mexico or the destiny country, so mmds cannot guarantee and does not take in any kind of responsibility for an exact date to receive your order in case an order takes longer time than estimated at the postal services or customs. We ask you to keep in touch, use your tracking information and be patient.
As per your request ,We will gladly provide you the tracking number we get once we ship your order, you must note that tracking numbers may vary from one country to another, you can use mexpost tracking services or your local mail web system to track your orders.
Many countries will not allow entry of some pharmaceutical items, on those rare occasions where your product is not allowed to entry or is retained or lost by postal service in the destination country, we are not responsible and will not accept a refund request, except if the product is returned to us from customs, then we will reship it one time if requested and the costumer will have to pay for an extra shipping charge. If by then your order does not arrive we will provide information to renegotiate or reship orders. No refunds whatsoever
WE CANNOT DO OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
For your safety, all packages are sent via registered mail only and require your signature when received.
Our shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of the order and the postal zone where it is going to.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF USING CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, YOU MAY FIND A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN THE AMOUNT CHARGED ON YOUR CARD DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL CHARGES ARE MADE IN MEXICAN PESOS CURRENCY AND THE EXCHANGE RATE CHANGES DAILY.
If we send you a product and you wish to return it, you may return it for full refund or a replacement, providing that it comes on its original container and the packaging has not been opened. Simply send it to the return address in Mexico listed on the package and as soon as we receive back your order we will reship or refund.
If an order replacement is required, there will be an open investigation to know the reasons on why replacement has to be done.
If the customer accidentally misplaced a product on the order and the order has been shipped, mmds requires customer to ship back the order, once the order has returned to us then mmds will reship order with correct product and customer is required to pay the difference on the cost of the product if there is any plus the shipping cost.
If mmds has misplaced product by accident and shipped order, then mmds is responsible to change the product once its returned to the company and mmds will pay all shipping costs, 50 days within the first ordering of the product.
Once order is placed there is no address change, redirection, product replacement or any change on order information unless order is cancelled within the first 24 hours once order is placed and replaced by a new one with right address and receiver and product information. Once past these 24 hour terms, if cancelation and readjustments are not done there will be no cancellation nor adjustments of any type for the order placed.
We will gladly refund your purchase (less shipping costs) on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are issued within 72 hours following reception of the returned package no more and no less than for the total amount paid for the order placed and requested, minus shipping charges.
All refunds requests are made only for the total amount of the order, and they are made via paypal only and charges are applied as stated under that company terms and conditions.
All returns require an RMA issued by email upon request. NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders returned to our offices as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled before receipt of goods, customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. No refunds allowed.
Order cancelations have to be within no less than 24 hours once order is placed, after 24 hours once the order is placed there will be no cancellations acceptance.
